For most of her life, Dr. Claire has been passionate about 5 main things: Mental Health and Wellness, Performance (athletic and musical), Education, Culture, and Family. Combining those passions led her to a career in clinical and sport psychology.
Dr. Claire is both a clinician and an educator who is driven by the need to live with purpose and meaning. By helping others toward their own goals, she finds herself traveling down a path that was meant for her.
